and proposing to discontinue negotiations with
the Company. (The Singapore high-power
station is, of course, just as much "in the

the correspondence to the Imperial Communica-
tions Committee and it will be another nut
for them to crack at their next meeting
when I hope the Secretary of State may be
able to take the chair.
